What do you charge for debt collection?
A. There is a $39 + gst set up fee per debt. There are no joining costs. We charge a commission of 22.99% + gst on amounts collected. No Collection No Commission.
Where is your office?
A. Our Office is based on the North Shore in Auckland. By using our nationwide base of Field Agents we are able to collect debts throughout New Zealand.
Are there any upfront fees or sign up charges?
A. Yes, just the $39 + gst set up fee.
Q.Do I have to sign a contract?
A. We have our clients sign an authorisation for us to proceed with collection, however this is not necessary when submitting debts online.
What area do you collect debts in?
A. We collect anywhere in New Zealand.
Q.Do you require a certain number of debts to be placed?
A. No, if you have only one debt, we will collect it for you.
How far can you go back on accounts?
A. We can debts up to 5 years old.
Q.Is there a limit on the dollar amount placed for collection?
A. Our lowest dollar amount we will collect is $500.00, however for small debts check out our www.icollect.co.nz software program.
Q.Do you Sue Debtors?
A. Only after a discussion with you and your written authorisation.

A. We have been in the debt collection business since March of 1995 and have over 25 years of collection experience.
